The HOPE programme is established to coordinate the placement of students who are unable to secure a place in local public universities in Malaysia (IPTA), into academic programmes offered by local private universities, university colleges and approved colleges (IPTS).
Students enrolled by the consortium are eligible to pay ‘subsidised fees' arranged by the HOPE Programme, which is comparable to those charged by local universities.
The HOPE Programme is also able to introduce and recommend various funding and loans such as PTPTN loan by financial bodies and institutions to ensure that quality education is within reach of all Malaysian SPM, STPM and UEC school-leavers. |
