Private Universities and Colleges Provide Subsidized Fees For STPM/SPM/UEC Students |

The HOPE programme is established to coordinate the placement of students who are unable to secure a place in local public universities in Malaysia (IPTA), into academic programmes offered by participating local private universities, university colleges and approved colleges (IPTS).
Students enrolled by the consortium are eligible to pay ‘subsidised fees' arranged by the HOPE Programme, which is comparable to those charged by local universities.
The HOPE Programme is also able to introduce and recommend various funding and loans by financial bodies and institutions to ensure that quality education is within reach of all Malaysian SPM, STPM and UEC school-leavers. |

| 希望基金会 – “再闯高教门” 计划
|
简介：
由非营利组织 - 希望基金会 （ Higher Opportunities for Private Education, HOPE ）所规划和执行的“再闯高教门 ”计划， 于2007年1 月正式推动。其成立宗旨是为了让无法在国立大学取得一席之位的莘莘学子，通过此计划， 到本地私立大专继续深造。
参与此计划的私立大专将开放其剩余学额于希望基金会，让同学们有机会再闯高教门！成功申请的同学们，只需缴付“津贴式的学费”（Subsidized fees）。相关科系的学费可与国内大学的学费媲美。
同时，希望基金会也将协助学生申请各项奖贷学金以确保每位高等教育（SPM）， 独中高中统考(UEC)及大学预科（STPM）的学生都能够获得优质高等教育的机会。 |
