The HOPE Programme will undertake to place the qualified student candidates using the following criteria: |

Candidates’ Choice Top three (3) choice of qualification of applicants in order of preference; |

Academic qualifications The calculation is based on Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA), which is similar to the points system of Matriculation programmes. Extra-curricular activities will only be used as a tiebreaker. |

Entry Requirements Entry requirements set by external examination bodies and university partners of IPTS. Certain university partners of private colleges and university colleges, responsible for the award, may impose more stringent entry requirements. |
